| This section contains a wide variety of relief valves suitable for most applications, with flows up to 380 litres/min (100 US GPM) and pressures up to 400 bar (5800 psi). Valves available include direct acting, poppet type reliefs suitable for safety and fast acting requirements and pilot operated valves giving good, accurate control over widely varying flows. |
| |
| This section includes three main types of dual relief valve:
1) Differential area/direct acting poppet type including single or dual cartridge versions.
2) Direct acting with make up checks.
3) Pilot type with vent feature and make up checks.
Flows up to 380 litres/min (100 US GPM) and pressures up to 350 bar (5000 psi). |
| |
| Sequence valves are similar to relief valves but with their spring chamber referenced to a separate drain port. Direct acting and pilot operated versions with and without free flow checks are available in this section, with flows up to 200 litres/min (52 US GPM) and pressures up to 350 bar (5000 psi). |
| |
| This section contains pressure control valves which limit the downstream pressure to a set level. Direct acting and pilot operated versions with and without reverse reliefs are available. Flows up to 200 litres/min (52 US GPM) and pressures up to 350 bar (5000 psi). |

| Screw-in cartridge valve technology enables us to concentrate any number of hydraulic control functions into a single block, from a single valve controlling the descent of a cylinder to an elaborate block controlling all the operations of a machine. Benefiting you with improved performance:-
Greater functionality for the same price as alternative methods.
Simplified product development due to the adaptability of cartridge valve technology.
Wide standard range, all functions can be sourced from us ensuring compatibility.
Fewer pipework connections eliminate potential leak paths and power sapping hydraulic fittings.
In service - painless testing and maintenance.
And reduced costs:-
The valves themselves are more economical to make.
Installation can be considerably quicker, offering “plug & play” potential with the system being assembled and tested prior to delivery, requiring less supporting bracketry and fewer pipework fittings. |
